Cretos is a product of AI Luminary Intelligence Private Limited, incorporated in India and built to operate globally. Here's how we approach data protection law, starting with our home jurisdiction.
As our home jurisdiction, DPDP compliance is our baseline, not an afterthought. That means:
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, our Grievance Officer can be reached at complain@cretos.ai for any formal privacy concern or data protection complaint.
Every user, regardless of location, gets the substance of GDPR-level rights on our platform: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to object — see our Privacy Policy for the full list. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard with our infrastructure providers.
US users have the right to know, delete, and correct their personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing — which is moot today since we don't sell or share personal data commercially. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Rather than building a different privacy program per country, we designed one global core — consent, data minimization, retention, and a single rights-request pipeline — that every regional framework plugs into. As we expand into new markets, we extend this core with the specific local requirements (like a Data Protection Officer appointment or a local supervisory authority contact) rather than rebuilding from scratch.
If you're evaluating Cretos for your team or agency and need a Data Processing Agreement, reach out to support@cretos.ai and we'll work with you directly.
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why, and our Subprocessors page for exactly who we share data with.
